Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after you receive your package. To qualify for return, items must remain unopened, unused, with original packaging intact. Opened products are not eligible for return due to product hygiene and preservation requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened, consumed, damaged products caused by customer use
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
Return Process
- Send an email to vedhaipek273@gmail.com with your order number and return request within the valid return window.
- Our team will reply with return instructions once your request is reviewed and approved.
- You are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item arrives damaged, wrong item shipped, or packing error from our side.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. We are not liable for lost return packages.
Refund Timeline
After we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will send a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing time depends on your card issuer or payment provider. Original shipping fees will not be refunded, except for our shipping or packing errors.
Damaged on Arrival
If your package arrives broken or damaged, please email us within 7 days after delivery and attach clear photos of packaging and goods. We will evaluate your case and arrange appropriate resolution.
